Becoming a Partner gives you a "Green Marker" on our maps and full page ad. This marker links to a page that you are allowed to create advertising of your products and services. You can place anything you need on this page provided it does not violate our terms of service. This includes outbound links, pictures and even videos. We want our service to benefit your company and give you all the tools you need to grow.
The basic monthly membership is currently: $50.00/month.
Being A Partner Includes:
- Free Advertisement on all reports you file. You may add your credits to the reports you create, showing your clients the active role your firm takes in keeping its community safe.
- Full page ad of your business with anything you choose to place on it.
- A large prominent green marker on our maps indicating your business location(s) which links to your full page ad.
- Fixed monthly price to never increase as long as you remain a partner.

Just fill out the form and we'll take care of the rest - we know you are busy. Once we create your account, we will email your log in details so you can manage your account as you see fit. Need a website for your business? We offer
to all our Partners a professionally designed Content Management System
with login administration area and relational database for only
$20/month! All we require from our Associates is the hosting fee, which
is a neccessary cost anywhere you host. All websites come with a one-time set up
fee of $100. You will have the ability to sign up for this special offer after your account is created.
Need more focused advertising?
We also offer EXCLUSIVE advertising to selected markets (i.e. states, cities, regions). We can display your banner ad to cities, states or regions you specifiy. Once you "own" this area we do not accept any other advertisers in that area for up to one year. This will give your company a full year of that exclusive market. So when a user views our site from the area you specify they only see your information.

PLEASE
READ VERY CAREFULLY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW IN ADDITION TO THE
SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE CRIMESEEN ONLINE
ADVERTISING PARTNER PROGRAM (“THE PROGRAM”). PARTICIPATION IN THE
PROGRAM INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO
NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR
PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
1. Introduction.
This
agreement ("Agreement") between You and Crimeseen, LLC consists of the
Terms and Conditions below (“Online Advertising Partner Terms and
Conditions”) in addition to the Site Terms and Conditions contained at
http://crimeseen.com/content/terms-and-conditions, or such other URL as
Crimeseen, LLC may provide from time to time.
A description of
the Program, as generally offered by Crimeseen, LLC, is available at the
following URL: http://crimeseen.com/content/become-partner, or such
other URL as Crimeseen, LLC may provide from time to time. For purposes
of this agreement, "You" or "Partner" means any entity identified in an
enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any
agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf, which shall also be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Program Participation.
Participation
in the Program is subject to Crimeseen, LLC prior approval and Your
continued compliance with the Site Terms and Conditions, located at
http://crimeseen.com/content/terms-and-conditions, or such other URL as
Crimeseen, LLC may provide from time to time. Crimeseen, LLC reserves
the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any
time in its sole discretion. By enrolling in the Program, You represent
that You are at least 18 years of age.
3. Termination;
Cancellation.
This agreement may be terminated with or without
cause at any time, by Crimeseen, LLC. You may terminate this Agreement
with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your
desire to cancel Your participation in the Program at
http://crimeseen.com/contact. This Agreement will be deemed terminated
within ten (10) business days of Crimeseen's receipt of Your notice.
Upon Your termination of the Program or termination of this Agreement
for any reason, the Site Terms and Conditions found at
http://crimeseen.com/content/terms-and-conditions, or such other URL as
Crimeseen, LLC may provide from time to time, shall survive termination.
4.
Payment.
You agree to pay $50.00 each month to participate in
the Program. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing
(including by electronic mail) or pursuant to the terms of a Crimeseen
promotion, Your participation in the Program will automatically renew
for another prepaid period of one month unless you choose to cancel
prior to that renewal, or the Program is cancelled, terminated, or
discontinued by you or by Crimeseen, LLC. Your Paypal account will
automatically be charged (or you will be billed, as applicable) at a
rates of $50.00.
5. Representations and Warranties.
You
represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by You
to Crimeseen, LLC to enroll in the Program is correct and current; (b)
You have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into this
Agreement and to perform the acts required of You hereunder; and (c) You
have complied and will continue to comply with all applicable laws,
statutes, ordinances, and regulations in Your performance of any acts
hereunder.
You further represent and warrant that any material
displayed therein: (i) complies with all applicable laws, statutes,
ordinances, and regulations; (ii) does not breach and has not breached
any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without
limitation, rights of intellectual property, publicity or privacy, or
rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or
contract theories; and (iii) is not pornographic, hate-related or
otherwise violent in content.
