Broadway, and rifled through the contents of at least four other vehicles during the weekend. About 9:30 a.m. Saturday, a Bob Howard employee called police to report the break-ins, according to a police report filed by Edmond Police Officer Kendall Miller. The vehicles were left at the business for repairs and were parked inside a fenced parking lot behind the business. All but one of the 15 vehicles was left unlocked, Millers report states. The one locked vehicle had its passenger side rear window broken out with a golf club taken from one of the other vehicles. The golf club was left leaning against the vandalized vehicle, the report states. At least four of the vehicles also were vandalized with spray from a fire extinguisher. Also four vehicles had damage to the ignition and steering columns, according to the report. Damaged vehicles include a black Nissan Pathfinder, a silver Toyota Forerunner, a black and white police Dodge Charger owned by Bob Howard Auto Group, a red Chrysler 300 SRT8, a red Toyota Avalon, a gold Saturn Ion, a blue Chevrolet Impala, a black Honda Pilot, a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer, a black Toyota Scion, and a white Nissan Frontier. Millers report states the four other vehicles appeared to have been burglarized, but he could not determine what, if anything, had been stolen from them. A technical investigator responded to the scene to collect physical evidence including footprints and fingerprints, the report states.
