Death of Oklahoma City store clerk prompts few leads

Event Details:
Seen on It’s been more than five weeks since a college student who recently had come to the United States from India was gunned down during a robbery at an Oklahoma City convenience store, but no arrests have been made. Surveillance cameras at S K Food, 2000 N MacArthur Ave., captured the shooting as well as images of two robbers in the store and a third outside who police think was acting as a "lookout.” Prashanth Kumar Goinaka, 27, had left Hyderabad, India, in January to attend college in California. He was shot to death March 21 while minding the cash register for a friend during a visit to Oklahoma City. The autopsy report shows he was shot in the back five times, suffering wounds to the back of his right shoulder, right upper back, middle of right back and two to the back of his left shoulder. Police said cash was stolen from the store and from Goinaka’s wallet. Watch video here: Anyone with any information about this case is asked to call Oklahoma City police at 297-1200.
