Purse thief texts owners on cell phone
Seen on KFOR.com: <a>http://www.kfor.com/news/local/kfor-news-purse-thief-texts-owners-story,0,4085658.story</a> Sylvia Keeble's brand new Coach purse was stolen from her car while she was visiting her father's grave at the Sunnylane Cemetery Monday. Her mother-in-law also had her handbag stolen. The thief made a number of stops after the heist, including the Hibdon Tires Plus on Northwest Expressway where he tried to buy some fancy rims. The manager got suspicious and wouldn't let the sale go through. The strangest part of this crime was the thief ended up with Sylvia's cell phone. Sylvia's husband, David Stephens, says he texted the thief about buying back the purses and the thief responded. The thief agreed to $500 then realized it may be a set up and texted "Do u think I would fall 4 that?" The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his thirties driving a white Toyota truck.
