Sex Crimes Detectives Need Help Identifying Suspect

On 05/14/2017, around 7:30 p.m. an unidentified Hispanic male made advances toward a female victim while exposing his erect penis near 1800 S. 123rd East Avenue. The suspect arrived in a black four door sedan. The suspect walked within ten feet of the victim and her young child and said “Hey” to get her attention. The victim turned toward the suspect and observed him exposing himself and masturbating. She turned away immediately and the suspect changed locations but remained in the area with his penis exposed. The victim was able to take a picture of suspect. Nearby security cameras were able to capture pictures of a black Nissan Altima arriving and leaving the scene around the time of the reported crime.
