Tulsa Police Identify Persons Of Interest In Homicide

Police are looking for 19-year-old William Stevfon Hurt. He is described as about 5'7", 165 lbs. Police are also looking for 22-year-old Jerlon Demont Morgan. He is described as 6'00", 155 lbs. The shooting happened Sunday night at about 11:00 in the 1600 block of North Cheyenne next to Cheyenne Park. Sunday's death is the city's 16th homicide of the year. Witnesses told police officers a man had shot the victim multiple times and then ran away. The shooter is described by Tulsa Police as a man between the ages of 18 and 25, 6-feet tall and dressed in all black. Police know the victim's identity, but are not releasing his name, pending notification of next of kin. Detectives have interviewed witnesses and say if anyone has any information about the shooter or saw what happened, call Crime Stoppers at <a>596-COPS</a>.
